Madhura Gurjar

MSPT, Cert MDT

Madhura has a Bachelor of Physical Therapy degree from Manipal, India. She also holds a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Oakland University, Michigan and has direct access certification.

Madhura has over sixteen years of experience working as a Physical Therapist. She is certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, more commonly known as the McKenzie method and specializes in spinal disorders. She is one of the few therapists in Virginia that is certified in Schroth therapy for Scoliosis.

She has extensive experience in treating the TMJ, vestibular rehabilitation for conditions like vertigo and also offers dry needling as one of her services.

Madhura believes in integrating different treatment techniques and creating unique treatment plans for her patients. She is a firm believer in patient education and strives towards getting her patients independent in maintaining their function after physical therapy treatment is over.

She is an avid long distance runner and has a special interest in all sports related injuries. In her free time she likes to read and spend time with her husband, two children and dog.

Melissa Weaver

Melissa Weaver graduated from her degree in physical therapy from the Philippines and has been working as a physical therapist in outpatient Orthopedics in the US since 2014.

She has experience working with all different patient populations including children, the elderly, sedentary office workers, athletes of various ages, post-op patients, and those dealing with neurological complaints. She holds a direct access certification in the state of Virginia.

Melissa is most passionate about getting people moving and feeling better by teaching them strategies on how to help themselves through compassionate, individualized care. She likes to take an integrated approach to treatment and enjoys learning from different sources in healthcare and fitness.

When she is not working, Melissa enjoys photography, reading and baking.

Cara Tillou

DPT

Cara received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Vermont in Burlington Vermont. Shortly after, she completed a LEND (Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities) Fellowship through the same university.

Cara enjoys treating across the life span. She has had clinical rotations in outpatient adult and pediatric settings and home health and hospice. In addition to treating musculoskeletal conditions, she fostered a passion working with neurological conditions especially while volunteering with the “Pushback to Parkinson’s” program.

Cara is most enthused by helping people move in ways that are enjoyable for them regardless of their ability levels. Cara believes in a treating the entire person from a biopsychosocial approach while staying up to date with best practice guidelines.

In her free time Cara enjoys yoga, baking, and hiking with her husband and pup. She is treating patients at our Falls Church location primarily.

Jenna

OTR/L

Jenna received her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Towson University in Baltimore Maryland. Jenna has worked with a wide range of patients from children to older adults, with varying needs.

Post graduation Jenna enjoyed working with the older adult population in the Subacute rehab setting where she treated a wide array of conditions from orthopedic, cardiovascular, neurological, as well as general deconditioning.

Jenna began working in an outpatient therapy clinic in Maryland at the beginning of 2021. In this setting she was trained by a well-loved and respected certified hand therapist, inspiring her passion for treating conditions of the upper extremity.

Jenna believes in treating patients holistically and understanding what each patient’s goals and needs are to individualize each patient’s treatment plan!

In her free time Jenna enjoys playing with her pups, hanging out with friends, hiking and paddleboarding.

Lauren Gonzalez-Torres

PT Aide

Lauren is presently attending Marymount University for their DPT program and is set to graduate in the Fall of 2026. After receiving her doctorate in Physical Therapy, Lauren hopes to start working as a licensed Physical Therapist and plans to focus on the dancer/athletic population.

Her interest in physical therapy began when she was in her early teens after getting injured while dancing.

In her free time, Lauren loves to dance, watch basketball and binge watch the latest TV shows.

Jonathan Thinh

Jonathan Thinh received a BS in Exercise Science from Virginia Commonwealth University. Growing up, he enjoyed playing football and wrestling. Throughout those years, those sports taught him a lot about what our mind and bodies are truly capable of when put into extreme pressure. Once he finished his last season of wrestling in high school, he continued his fitness journey in weightlifting with a focus towards bodybuilding. These experiences led him to want to pursue his future in the health field to learn more about the body and how it functions. In turn, wanting to assist others in achieving their health and fitness goals.

After work, you will most likely find him at the gym. But, other than that, he enjoys any outdoor activity, cooking, and spending time with his loved ones.

Osman Haboub

Osman Haboub is a senior at Montgomery College studying Cyber Security. He always had a passion for health and the different ways he could contribute to people’s recovery as well as maintaining patient security, confidentiality, and integrity. He plans on pursuing a career as a cyber security analyst within the healthcare industry

Osman is an executive assistant & PT aid here at Allied Health Solutions, and will be spending most of his time at the front desk and contributing wherever he can.

During his time off, he loves playing sports like soccer and basketball, as well as spending time with his family, friends, and loved ones.

Barbara Anaya

Barbara / Barbie is the youngest member of our team. She is a first year college student attending Northern Virginia Community College with plans on transferring to George Mason. She is majoring in Chemistry and aspires to become a forensic scientist. She became interested in Allied Health Solutions because she desired working in a professional office scenario while still being able to help people.

When she is done with her homework, Barbie likes to work out in the gym everyday with her younger brother.

Estefani Alvares

Estefani is currently pursuing an associates degree in Psychology from Northern Virginia Community College.

She has years of experience working in Healthcare and customer service. She believes in using her organizational and multitasking skills to help our patients have the best customer care experience. She works in the office at our Falls Church location.

In her free time, Estefani likes to work out, listen to music and spend time with her family.
